Cancellation Policy

At Sacchi Flyier, orders are processed through our fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we may begin processing the order for fulfillment.

CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

Orders that have not been paid may be cancelled before payment is completed.

CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT

If you want to cancel a paid order, please contact Sacchi Flyier as soon as possible.

A cancellation request may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed by the fulfillment warehouse.

Once the product has been processed, purchased, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

REFUND FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is approved before the order is processed, the applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method or another applicable payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

ORDERS THAT MAY NOT BE CANCELLABLE

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation after payment, including customized or made-to-order products and certain special or private-inventory orders.

The availability of cancellation depends on the product and its fulfillment status.

SHIPPED ORDERS

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.

If there is an eligible problem with a shipped order, customers should contact Sacchi Flyier and refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. Each request will be reviewed based on the current fulfillment status of the order.

Sacchi Flyier may update this Cancellation Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our fulfillment services, products, or applicable requirements.
